Lefrik x Village Water
Tsuanda School Project
We continue our commitment to caring for the planet and all those who live on it, this time hand in hand with our long-term partner Village Water. We joined their fundraising to enable Village Water to support Tsuanda School in Mozambique with toilets and clean water.
For the thousands of pupils who attend this school there are only 5 toilets (in poor condition), and no drinking water or hand washing facilities. Absenteeism rates due to illness are high and girls often miss up to one week of school per month because they cannot control their menstruation at school.
Products donations
Being a company based in Spain, product returns from the United Kingdom can turn out very expensive. Additionally, its transport overseas expels an unnecessary amount of CO2 to the planet. For these reasons, we decided to redirect all our UK returns as donations to this NGO.
