Delivery times
- 1-4 working days (excluding preparation time)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00-19:00.
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping details
- We ship to home and work addresses only
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels
- Customs fees, if applicable, are paid by the customer upon delivery
Pick-up points & returned orders
If your order is delivered to a pick-up point and is not collected on time, or if an order is returned after several delivery attempts:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- An additionaal charge will be deducted to cover return costs
