Return conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund.

Return instructions

To proceed with a return, you need to meet the requirements bellow and fill out the following form:

1. The product may not be used.

2. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with the original labels and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by packaging of similar size and capacity.

3. The box must include your full name and order number (Ex. LFK1234). Please introduce inside this box the packing list that you received with your order which includes all this information.

4. Please, fill out this form:

We offer return labels for returns. If you would like to receive a label to return your purchase, please fulfill the form bellow and we will contact you to let you know the return cost. When you confirm you accept the cost, we will generate the return label and send it to you.

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process a full refund less the return label fee.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is considered faulty Lefrik shall assume the entire cost of the return shipping and/or exchange.

How and when will I receive my return?

Once we receive your item back in the specified address and once we confirm that the product has not been used and has been returned in the same condition it was delivered, the value of the item purchased will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

Note that it might take a couple working days to receive the payment back in your bank account.

If discount codes have been used when the purchase was made, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.

Return prepaid label cost will be deducted from the total refunded price.
