Our recycled RPET fabrics are manufactured without using new natural resources and offer great advantages such as being 100% waterproof, very light, resistant and vegan.

RPET OXFORD FABRIC: Our classic core fabric. Great performance with all shades of colour, high durability, 100% waterproof, lightweight and easy to clean.

RPET RIPSTOP: This fabric is PU coated, making it 100% weather resistant, scratch resistant, extra light and easy to wipe clean. With it we are achieving durability and functionality in our best-selling products.

In 2022 we produce 92,000 backpacks, meaning we recycle 2.5 millionplastic bottles.

What is the real environmental impact of using RPET compared to virgin polyester (PET) fabrics?

In data analysed by Dcycle, we know that in the manufacture of our iconic Scout model, we can save up to 43% of the water used in a traditional backpack, the equivalent of 23 full bathtubs, or 16 in its smaller version, Scout Mini. In addition, climate change emissions and fossil fuel consumption are reduced by 11% and 22% respectively thanks to the use of recycled fabrics versus virgin fabrics.
